The key is handed over Monday to Friday after consultation with the account manager.

We do not accept cash or cheques, so please transfer the security deposit (2 monthly rents), 14 days before the beginning of your stay, to our account

As Subject, please give the word "Kaution" (deposit) and the number of your apartment. For transactions from within EU-countries, please use the following code:
BIC BFSWDE33BER   IBAN DE68 1002 0500 0003 1232 06. This code prevents additional bank charges.

We reserve your apartment as soon as we receive the deposit. Payments of rent take place via direct debit. In order to close the contract, a certificate of your schoool/university/ training and your passport. Please contact us at least 4 weeks before you need the housing space.

If you step back from your contract within 15 days before the agreed date of moving in, we are entitled to invoice a fee of half a monthly rate for the administrative effort. You can prove to us that we had no expenditures or substantially lower expenditures. On the other hand, we may prove that we had higher expenditures.
